Store credit:
• is non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• must be used within the timeframe specified when issued

• all order details are reviewed prior to payment
• appropriate identification and verification requirements are met upon delivery where required
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in cancelled orders without refund.

Certain products offered through Green Zone Delivery are subject to strict regulatory controls. Once these products leave the custody of the company, they cannot legally be returned to inventory or resold, even if unopened.
