1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Green Zone Delivery website ("Site") or placing an order for cannabis products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Site and services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase products from Green Zone Delivery.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess cannabis products in your jurisdiction

3. Cannabis Legal Compliance

Green Zone Delivery operates in compliance with California state cannabis regulations. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not transport cannabis products across state or international borders
• You will not resell or distribute products purchased from Green Zone Delivery

4. Ordering and Delivery Terms

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Green Zone Delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Curbside Delivery Service: Green Zone Delivery provides curbside delivery service. Upon arrival, the driver will notify you, and you must come to the driver's vehicle to receive your order. The driver will not enter your property or deliver to your door. You are responsible for meeting the driver at the curb in a timely manner.

Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 years of age or older. Delivery drivers are authorized to refuse delivery if proper identification cannot be verified or if you fail to meet the driver at the designated curbside location.

Service Area: Delivery is available only within our designated service areas in Southern California. Orders placed outside our delivery zones will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Green Zone Delivery is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you are not available to meet the driver at the curb within a reasonable timeframe, the driver may leave and your order may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with Green Zone Delivery, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all account information remains accurate and up-to-date

6. Product Availability and Pricing

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.

Green Zone Delivery reserves the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased per customer
• Discontinue products at any time
• Correct pricing errors
• Modify product descriptions

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN ZONE DELIVERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Green Zone Delivery is not responsible for:

• Effects or reactions to cannabis products
• Misuse of products
• Legal consequences of cannabis possession or use
• Third-party actions or omissions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Zone Delivery, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your use of our Site or products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Zone Delivery or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for resolution of any disputes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Modifications to Terms

Green Zone Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
