1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements governing cannabis products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.

Cannabis products cannot be resold once they have left our possession and been delivered to a customer.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligible situations for refund or replacement:

  • Product arrived damaged or unsealed
  • Product is visibly defective or contaminated
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product packaging is compromised
  • Product does not match the description or specifications

3. Reporting Product Issues

Timeframe: You must report any product issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Required information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and description
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged product
  • Photos of product packaging
  • Detailed description of the issue

How to report: Contact our customer support team through our Contact page or by email. Include all required information and photos.

4. Resolution Options

Upon verification of a valid product issue, Green Zone Delivery may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will replace the defective product with an identical item (subject to availability)
  • Store Credit: Issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the defective item
  • Refund: Process a refund to your original payment method (in rare cases)

The resolution method will be determined based on product availability, the nature of the issue, and applicable regulations.

5. Store Credit Terms

If store credit is issued:

  • Credit will be applied to your Green Zone Delivery account
  • Credit does not expire
  • Credit can be used toward future purchases
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with product effects or potency (subjective experiences vary)
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities
  • Legal issues arising from possession or use

8. Order Cancellations

Before Delivery: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Contact us immediately to request cancellation. If your order has already been prepared or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation Refunds: If your order is successfully canceled before delivery, you will receive a full refund including delivery fees within 5-7 business days.

9. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product due to our error:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product received
  • We will arrange for delivery of the correct product at no additional charge
  • You may be asked to return the incorrect product to our driver
  • Alternatively, we may issue store credit or a refund

10. Fraudulent Claims

Green Zone Delivery takes fraudulent refund claims seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate all refund requests
  • Request additional documentation or evidence
  • Deny refund requests that appear fraudulent
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity
  • Pursue legal action for fraudulent claims

11. Product Quality Guarantee

All products sold by Green Zone Delivery:

  • Are sourced from licensed California cannabis cultivators and manufacturers
  • Meet California cannabis testing and safety standards
  • Are stored and handled according to regulatory requirements
  • Include proper labeling and compliance information

12. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure product quality:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Store products according to package instructions
  • Report any issues within 24 hours
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when reporting issues
  • Retain product packaging for verification purposes
