Green Zone Delivery provides fast, discreet, and professional curbside cannabis delivery services throughout Southern California. This Delivery Policy outlines our procedures, requirements, and terms for all deliveries.

1. Curbside Delivery Service

IMPORTANT: Green Zone Delivery operates as a curbside delivery service.

What This Means:

  • Our driver will arrive at your specified address and notify you upon arrival
  • You must come to the driver's vehicle at the curb to receive your delivery
  • Drivers will NOT enter your property, building, or deliver to your door
  • You are responsible for meeting the driver at the curb in a timely manner
  • Please be ready to come outside when the driver arrives

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Be available and ready to meet the driver when they arrive
  • Come to the curb or designated pickup location promptly
  • Have your valid government-issued ID ready for verification
  • Ensure you can safely access the curbside location

If You Cannot Meet the Driver: If you are unable to come to the curb to receive your delivery within a reasonable timeframe after the driver's arrival, the driver may leave and your order may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

2. Service Areas

Green Zone Delivery currently serves the following regions in Southern California:

  • Los Angeles County: Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Pasadena, Long Beach, Glendale, Burbank, Torrance, Inglewood, Downey, Norwalk, Pomona, West Covina, Whittier, and surrounding areas
  • Orange County: Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and surrounding areas
  • Inland Empire: Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino, Eastvale, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding areas
  • San Diego County: San Diego, Chula Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, El Cajon, Vista, and surrounding areas

Service Area Verification: Please verify that your delivery address is within our service area before placing an order. Orders placed outside our delivery zones will be canceled and refunded.

3. Delivery Zones & Service Areas

Green Zone Delivery organizes service areas into delivery zones based on distance from our dispatch locations. This helps us provide reliable service while maintaining efficient delivery operations across Southern California.

Zone 1 — Local Delivery

Distance: 0–5 miles

  • Primary service area
  • Fastest delivery coverage
  • Lowest delivery fee

Zone 2 — Extended Delivery

Distance: 5–15 miles

  • Nearby cities and neighboring areas
  • Moderate delivery distance

Zone 3 — Outer Service Area

Distance: 15–25 miles

  • Outer delivery areas
  • Extended driver travel distance

Delivery Notes:

  • Delivery zones are based on distance from dispatch
  • Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may vary by location
  • Service availability depends on driver coverage and local regulations

Compliance Reminder: All deliveries require a valid government-issued ID verifying the customer is 21 years of age or older.

4. Delivery Times and Scheduling

Standard Delivery: 30-60 minutes (estimated)

Operating Hours:

  • Monday - Sunday: Hours vary by location
  • Holiday hours may differ

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, order volume, and distance
  • You will receive order status updates via text or email
  • Our driver will contact you when they are nearby and upon arrival at the curb

5. Age and ID Verification Requirements

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RECEIVE DELIVERY.

Valid Government-Issued Photo ID Required:

  • California Driver's License
  • California ID Card
  • U.S. Passport
  • Military ID
  • Other government-issued photo identification

ID Verification Process:

  • Our delivery driver will verify your age and identity at the curb upon delivery
  • You must present a valid, non-expired ID
  • The name on the ID must match the name on the order
  • The person receiving the delivery must be the person who placed the order (or an authorized recipient with valid ID)

Delivery Refusal: If you cannot provide valid identification proving you are 21 years of age or older, or if you fail to meet the driver at the curb, our driver is authorized and required to refuse delivery. No refund will be issued for refused deliveries due to invalid or missing identification or failure to meet curbside delivery requirements.

6. Delivery Address Requirements

Acceptable Delivery Locations:

  • Residential addresses (curbside pickup)
  • Hotels and motels (meet driver at curb or designated area)
  • Private businesses (curbside pickup during business hours)

We Cannot Deliver To:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Schools or educational institutions
  • Government buildings
  • Correctional facilities
  • Locations where cannabis possession is prohibited
  • Locations where curbside access is not available

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address with clear curbside access. Incorrect addresses or locations without safe curbside access may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

7. Recipient Requirements

You Must Be Present and Able to Come to the Curb:

  • Someone 21+ must be present and able to meet the driver at the curb
  • Deliveries cannot be left unattended
  • We cannot leave products at the door, inside buildings, or with neighbors
  • If no one is available to come to the curb to receive the delivery, the order will be returned

Authorized Recipients: If someone other than the person who placed the order will be receiving the delivery, they must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Be authorized by the person who placed the order
  • Be able to meet the driver at the curb

8. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Distance from our location
  • Order total
  • Current promotions

Delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Minimum Order: A minimum order amount may apply depending on your delivery location.

9. Safety and Security

Driver Safety: Our delivery drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if they feel unsafe or if the delivery location appears to be unsafe.

Situations Where Delivery May Be Refused:

  • Recipient appears intoxicated or impaired
  • Unsafe or threatening environment
  • Suspicious activity at the delivery location
  • Customer unable or unwilling to meet driver at the curb
  • Violation of our terms of service

Discreet Delivery: All deliveries are made discreetly in unmarked vehicles. Products are packaged securely and discreetly.

10. Order Cancellations

Customer Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel
  • Once a driver is en route, cancellation may not be possible
  • Cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already departed

Green Zone Delivery Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Delivery address outside service area
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of terms of service
  • Unsafe delivery conditions
  • Inability to provide curbside delivery access

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one available to meet the driver at the curb
  • Invalid or missing ID
  • Incorrect address
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Customer not responding to driver contact

The order will be returned to our facility. You may be charged a redelivery fee for a second delivery attempt.

12. Product Inspection

Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery at the curb while the driver is present.

If there are any issues with your order:

  • Notify the driver immediately
  • Contact customer support within 24 hours
  • Provide photos of any damaged or incorrect products

13. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (exact change appreciated)
  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards (where applicable)
  • Digital payment methods

Payment is collected at the time of delivery or processed online at checkout.

14. Tips and Gratuities

Tips are appreciated but not required. You may tip your delivery driver in cash or add a tip when placing your order online.

15. Cannabis Regulations Compliance

Legal Compliance: Green Zone Delivery operates in full compliance with California cannabis regulations. All deliveries are made in accordance with state and local laws.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • You must be legally permitted to possess cannabis in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws
  • Cannabis products must not be transported across state or international borders
  • Products are for personal use only and may not be resold
