A $5.00 processing fee applies to all Cash App and Zelle orders. This fee covers payment processing costs and is added to your order total at checkout.

- E-Payment Fee: $5.00

📲 Electronic Payment Policy
Payment Must Be Completed Before Driver Arrival
All Cash App and Zelle payments must be completed before your driver arrives at your delivery location.
How to complete your electronic payment:
- Send payment immediately after placing your order
- Include your order number in the payment note
- Send a screenshot of your payment confirmation for faster processing
- Wait for confirmation - orders are dispatched only after payment is verified
⚠️ Important: If payment has not been received prior to driver arrival, your delivery may be canceled.
💵 Cash Payment Policy
Drivers do not carry change. Please have the exact cash amount ready when your order arrives.

- ✅ Any overpayment will be considered a tip for your driver
- ❌ Drivers cannot provide change
- ❌ Drivers cannot accept partial payments
Example: If your order total is $47.50, please have exactly $47.50 ready, or round up (e.g., $50) with the difference going to your driver as a tip.

🆔 ID Verification Required
⚠️ Mandatory: A valid government-issued ID is required for all deliveries.
Acceptable forms of ID:
- Driver's License
- State ID Card
- Passport
- Military ID
ID Requirements:
- ✅ Must be government-issued
- ✅ Must be current and not expired
- ✅ Must match the name on the order
- ✅ Must show you are 21 years of age or older
⚠️ No ID, No Delivery: If you cannot provide valid ID at delivery, your order cannot be completed and will be canceled.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled if:
- Electronic payment is not received before driver arrival
- Valid ID cannot be provided at delivery
- Customer is not 21 years of age or older
- Delivery address is outside our service area
- Customer is unavailable at delivery location
Refund Policy: If an order is canceled due to payment or ID issues, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
🚗 Delivery Information
Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 30-90 minutes of order confirmation and payment verification.
Delivery Areas: We deliver to select areas. Please verify your address is within our delivery zone at checkout.
Discreet Delivery: All deliveries are made discreetly in unmarked vehicles by professional drivers.
