Identification requirements

Adults 21 or older must present acceptable government-issued photo identification at delivery. Examples may include a government-issued driver’s license or identification card, military photo identification, or a passport. A medical card is not required for adult-use ordering. Identification must be physically presented at delivery.

Hotels and vacation rentals

Delivery must be associated with an eligible physical address entered with the order. Hotel and vacation-rental guests may be required to meet the driver at a property-approved location associated with that address. Confirm the property’s policies before ordering.

Many hotels and vacation rentals prohibit some or all cannabis use on the property. Tobacco-smoking areas do not automatically permit cannabis. Confirm the property’s cannabis and smoking policies.

Products are not left unattended. Delivery is not made to random curbs, public streets, public parking lots, or other unapproved public locations.
