Who can receive a delivery?+

The receiving customer must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued ID. Verification is completed at the door.

How fast is delivery?+

Typical delivery windows are about 30–90 minutes depending on your area and dispatch load; your estimate is confirmed after you place the order.

What areas are served?+

Green Zone serves Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego County and the Antelope Valley. Delivery eligibility is confirmed by street address at checkout.

What is the minimum order?+

The minimum order is $45 before tax and delivery fees unless a promotion says otherwise.

What are the delivery hours?+

California DCC rules permit cannabis retail sales between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with delivery drivers returning to the licensed premises by 10:00 PM; local jurisdictions can be stricter. Green Zone delivers between 6 AM and 10 PM and is not a 24-hour service.

What payment methods are available?+

Choose Cash on delivery or E-payment at checkout. Delivery fees and taxes are shown before you place the order.

Can customers track delivery?+

Yes. After you order you receive a private tracking link showing confirmed, packed, driver assigned, en route, arriving and completed updates.
